Information
Cardiff is the Capital of Wales and is
a modern and vibrant city, and with over 300,000 inhabitants
and a diverse range of cultures and business. The city
has a great many attractions including Cardiff Castle which
is in the center of Cardiff and is set within beautiful
parklands, the Castle's walls and fairytale towers conceal
over 2,000 years
of history. The castle is open most of the year and is
defiantly worth a visit.
Another place to visit is the bay area
of Cardiff which is Europe's largest waterfront development
and has transformed the bay area. The bay area has
been turned into a vast freshwater lake with the introduction
of a barrage, with plenty of space for all water based
activities. Why on try the water taxis which will take
you on a tour of the bay or take you into the city.
The bay area also houses the Wales Millennium
Centre which has already established it self as one of
the World`s iconic arts and cultural destinations and is
well worth a visit.
Cardiff has something for everyone, so
