On the 26th of august 2010 depuy
recall was anounched which effects to products, the Depuy
ASR XL acetabular system and the ASR hip resurfacing
system.
The above are being recalled because
many patients that were given these have had to have
a second revision surgery which has proved painful and
expensive.
